My husband and I were traveling during college football playoffs and wanted to make sure we stayed at a motel with ESPN. I called the Hampton in Cape Girardeau and spoke with a delightful young woman named Tonja. She checked to make sure that the motel did indeed have ESPN and that there were no problems with streaming. I thanked her for her troubles, and she told me that all of the employees there are dedicated to making sure their guests have a pleasant stay. Our stay was great. The bed was comfy and not rock hard as many motel beds are. Everything was clean and quiet. Staff were great. For motel breakfast, the breakfast was good. Give Tonja a raise, she is a great asset.
I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly, the rooms are consistently clean and inviting, and check-in is easy. Breakfast is included and is passable—nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Overall, it’s a reliable place to stay and I’d come back again.
The cleanest hotel I've been at in a long time. Quiet rooms, beautiful and well maintained pool. Breakfast was delicious as well, I will be staying here again!
All the employees at this Hampton Inn were great. A special recognition to Leighann the 11pm-7 am shift. Leighann gave exceptional service. I called to reschedule our stay date. Leighann was very busy checking in late arriving guests. She professionally & sweetly called me back to help me reschedule our arrival.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Hampton Inn, especially Leighann.
There is no way this Hampton can get anything other than a big 5. Stayed there for 3 nights while MC riding in the area. The staff were so helpful, the location is great, good food with in a block away. We come over here from Indy every year and this will be our home base again.
This place was amazing. Very friendly, very clean, very reasonable. Milk and cookies at night, amazing breakfast in the morning. Tons of channels on tv, great location, overall great hotel. Will be coming back.
Clean comfortable rooms, not a fan of the sliding bathroom door that can't be locked, but not a deal breaker. Convenient to the interstate. Staff is friendly and professional.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a stained pillow case and they offered to remake the whole bed, but we declined the offer and just replacd the pillowcase. The whole room was clean and comfortable. And my husband was happy to find they offered biscuit and gravy for breakfast! The hotel definitely deserved the awards they have earned. Oh and they had evening cookies for guests!
